Making every All Weather day a winning day
Riskit Fora Biskit is going to be a warm order tonight to maintain the unbeaten record but based upon the penultimate run I am hopeful that BOLD PREDICTION will give the odds on favourite a race in the closing stages. Although a 7 times maiden, on its only start on the All Weather at Kempton Park BOLD PREDICTION still looked green and I feel that even though it closed down on the winner all the way to the line, Richard Hughes appeared not to give it everything in a stop start finish. Currently trading at 10-1 outsider of the quartet I think is ridiculously good value.
There is no doubt that PHEBES WISH is a better horse on the All Weather than turf, recording 2 wins from three starts including a C&D win. Its last run and only loss on an artifice surface came at Dundalk in far better company than this beaten 3.3/4 lengths to a horse now rated 98 over 5f. The return to 6f at Wolverhampton looks ideal.
